Delete your account
This public page lets you permanently delete your PamojaHub account. The same page is available from the Android app.
Sign in with the account you want to delete. You will be asked to verify your password again before deletion.
Sign in to continueIf you are the only active member of a group you own, you do not need to create another account or transfer ownership just to delete your account. That sole-member group is archived during deletion and its historical records are retained. A group that has other active members still needs a new owner before you can leave it.
You still cannot delete an account while a non-disposable organization needs a new owner, while a loan or contribution obligation remains unresolved, while the account has a positive share holding, or where another protected billing, subscription, or platform responsibility must first be transferred or resolved.
These safeguards prevent account deletion from forgiving loans, erasing obligations, abandoning a shared group, or corrupting records that belong to other group members.

When deletion succeeds, your Supabase authentication identity is permanently deleted and your directly identifying profile information is removed or pseudonymized. Personal notification, email-preference, and active WhatsApp identity/preference data that is not required for record integrity is removed or disconnected.
Historical group, governance, security, audit, billing, contribution, share, payment, or loan records may be retained where needed to preserve the integrity of records belonging to the group and its members, to handle disputes, or to meet legitimate legal, security, accounting, or fraud-prevention requirements. Retained records use the existing historical profile identifier after direct profile identifiers have been removed.
A later account created with the same email address or phone number receives a different account identity and is not reconnected to the deleted account's historical memberships, loans, contributions, or other records merely because contact information matches.
If you cannot sign in, contact support@pamojahub.com from the email address associated with the account. We may require additional verification before assisting with deletion.
