Meetings, attendance, resolutions, and voting

Free plan available. No card required to start.
PamojaHub brings the meeting lifecycle, member attendance, resolutions, and voting outcomes together without turning private individual records into group-wide data.
Create draft or scheduled meetings with dates, times, locations, and supported in-person, virtual, or hybrid meeting types.
Record present, absent, excused, late, or left-early attendance once a meeting is in progress, with post-meeting corrections supported.
Create numbered resolutions, move them through a controlled lifecycle, and keep each decision tied to the meeting where it was considered.
Let active members cast or change their own vote while a resolution is open, without exposing another member's individual choice.
After results are finalized, active members can see the same anonymous Yes, No, and Abstain totals while individual votes remain private.
Send in-app updates for scheduled, materially rescheduled, or cancelled meetings and for voting-opened and results-finalized events.
A connected governance workflow
Each meeting has a controlled lifecycle, while attendance and resolutions remain linked to that meeting and voting stays member-specific at the data layer.
An owner or admin creates a draft or scheduled meeting with its time, type, location, or meeting link.
Once the meeting is in progress, authorized officers can record attendance for active members.
Authorized officers can open a draft resolution during an in-progress meeting, with one open resolution allowed per meeting at a time.
After voting closes, PamojaHub publishes the resolution as adopted or rejected from the votes cast and preserves anonymous final totals.
Shared meeting information is visible to active members, while draft governance work, individual attendance details, officer notes, and individual vote choices follow tighter access rules.
Draft meetings and draft resolutions remain restricted to group owners and admins until they are ready for members.
Ordinary members can see their own attendance record, but officer-only attendance notes are not exposed to them.
A direct vote read returns only the caller's own vote; officers receive aggregate tallies rather than a member-by-member voting list.
Platform-level administrative status does not automatically grant access to a group's private meeting, attendance, resolution, or vote records.
Common questions about meeting governance in PamojaHub.
Meeting management software gives a group one place to schedule meetings, preserve meeting status and history, record attendance, manage resolutions, and capture voting outcomes instead of splitting those governance records across separate notebooks, chats, and spreadsheets.
Yes. Authorized group officers can record and correct attendance for active members when a meeting is in progress or completed. A member can see their own attendance record, while officer-only notes remain restricted.
Yes. Any active member can cast their own vote while a resolution is open. Members may change their own vote while voting remains open, and nobody receives access to another member's individual vote.
Individual vote choices remain private. Officers can see aggregate totals while a vote is open or closed, and after results are published every active member can see the same anonymous totals. PamojaHub does not expose a per-member voting breakdown.
No. An open resolution must be closed or withdrawn before the meeting can be completed or cancelled, so an active vote is not silently left unfinished.
