PamojaHub reuses the group's existing contribution, payment, loan, member, and meeting records so reporting stays connected to the data already maintained in the platform.
Review completed collections, completed payment counts, loan applications, loan disbursements, and completed or cancelled meetings for a selected period.
See current contribution obligations, outstanding loan counts, overdue loan counts, and members in good standing alongside the selected-period activity.
Switch between this month, the last 30 days, this year, or a validated custom range of up to 366 days.
Export the same authorized report figures to a UTF-8 CSV file for spreadsheet review, with the selected period carried into the export.
Group owners, admins, and treasurers can access group reports; ordinary members do not receive the same group-wide reporting view.
Report reads use the ordinary user-scoped data path so existing row-level security remains the authority for which group records can be read.
Two reporting views
Period activity follows the date range you choose. Current-position figures remain point-in-time so the report does not blur historical activity with today's outstanding obligations and portfolio state.
Completed collections and payment count, loan applications, loans and amounts disbursed, completed meetings, and cancelled meetings are summarized for the selected date range.
Contribution obligations, active and overdue loan counts, and members in good standing are shown as current figures rather than being filtered by the historical date range.
The CSV export uses the same report range and report data as the page, so authorized users do not move into a separate reporting calculation just to download a spreadsheet-friendly file.
CSV export carries group, currency, report period, and generated-at metadata alongside the report metrics.
The export is UTF-8 and includes protections for spreadsheet formula injection in string cells.
If a collection result is truncated by the reporting row bound, the page and CSV surface a warning instead of presenting the partial figure as complete.
PDF and native Excel or XLSX export are not currently included, so the public page does not advertise them.
Group reporting is available to owners, admins, and treasurers. The report layer uses the ordinary user-scoped client, leaving existing row-level security in place instead of bypassing it with service-role access.
Ordinary members do not receive the full group reporting page under the current reporting design.
A platform-level admin role alone does not create access to a group's report data without an appropriate group membership.
The reporting page does not create a cross-group or platform-wide financial aggregation view.
Report figures summarize records already available to the authorized caller; reporting does not modify stored financial records.

Yes. Authorized report users can export the same report data to CSV. PDF and native Excel or XLSX export are not currently part of this reporting feature.
Group owners, admins, and treasurers can access the group reporting page. Ordinary members do not receive the group-wide report, and a platform-level admin role does not by itself grant access to a group's private report data.
No. PamojaHub reports summarize activity and current group positions from records already stored in the platform. The selected-period activity section is not presented as an accounting balance, audited statement, or independent financial assurance report.
